Classification of Brain Tumor with Statistical Analysis of Texture Parameter Using a Data Mining Technique

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the abnormal images of brain having diseases of brain tumors using machine learning tool and to measure their texture which involves shape, intensity and texture parameter of brain. All of these images were run by the machine learning tool and compared these results with the normal image of brain. If there was abnormality located in the data, it was noted and further verified by the radiologist. This is very helpful to find the exact position of tumor in brain because the structure of brain is much complicated by using software technique. Using this data mining technique, we easily and exactly approach the tumor location. Keywords: brain tumor, magnetic, resonance
