Abstract

ABSTRACT
The field experiment was conducted in RCB design with 55 wheat genotypes replication 3 times for screening of wheat genotypes against spot blotch on bio-chemical basis. Highly susceptible genotype was SONALIKA which was our susceptible check and had highest AUDPC and Lowest TKW value, followed by CNDO/PASTOR, UP2338*2, CNDO/KAUZ and W15.92. Among the 55 tested genotypes, most resistant was PFAU/WEAVER*2 which was followed by UP2338*2/YANAC, BABAX/2*SOKOLL, MILAN/OPATA and BECARD. The genotypes was characterized on the basis of bio-chemical as highly, moderately, less and unstained. AUDPC is negatively correlated to LTN, LS and TKW and positively to LM, LA, S/NS.
