Thienamycin: A Review

Thienamycin antibiotic have a long history. The activity of thienamycin against major bacterial specious are abundant. Thienamycin is the initially beta lactam antibiotic with carbapenem ring system. This review paper constellates information about the activities and properties of thienamycin.
