Morphological Variations in Bacopa monnieri

Shikha Suman

Abstract

A very rare generation of the somaclonal variation during the in vitro propagation of the highly economically valuable medicinal plant Bacopa monnieri has been reported. The different morphological structure has been reported in the experiment, out of all some rarely survive while some respond late but good, the best survival condition has been found in the micropropagated plants then in somaclonal plants and then in vegetative plants.
