Properties of Tagetes erecta (Marigold): Short Review Article

Abstract


Marigold is an annual herb with pale-green leaves. Flowers in this plant are produced from the beginning of summer until frost and have a strong but rather unpleasant odor. It also has anti- inflammatory properties and used in the healing of wounds. This is a brief review article on the different properties of the plant Tagetes erecta (marigold).
