Abstract

Soil is the typical lab of the nature, they are the reservoirs of all kinds of microorganisms, which involve minute tolarge organisms. The soil ecosystem is the most complex kind of ecosystem in the world. They involve all kinds of biological interaction which harbours the most complex kinds of communities of plants and animals on earth. All nutrient cycling of the earth are a result of the microbial interaction. Soil fungi are very important and the crucial kinds of microorganisms and they impart the best complex for the degradation of complex matters. The productivity of the soil depends on the types and the diversity of the soil fungi. In this soil, a complex matter in the living and the dead forms of the organic matter can be found. There are various means by which the soil fungi are cultivated and grown. In this research article we are trying to work on the composition of soil fungi of the Silisarh lake area of the Alwar district of Rajasthan. The area is very fertile due to continued presence of water. Now the basic focus is to cultivate soil from the different areas followed by taxonomic characterization of the fungi.
