Comparison of GenBank and EMBL Formats and Convert the Sequence from One to Another using An Offline Tool SeqVerter

Abstract

study has been to compare the sequence formats obtained by different format tools. Bioinformatics is upcoming technology used to get virtualized picture of biological pathways, protein structure, or any nucleotide details. There are numerous data bases maintained by different research institutes and universities which are helpful in identifying the new species similarities and its taxonomy or sequence similarities with the help of phylogenetic analysis. Tools used in bioinformatic studies made life of scientists very easy. Therefore, in this study we took offline tool of bioinformatics SeqVerter and compare the data obtained from different databases like GenBank, SwissProt, EMBL and phylogenetic analysis.
