Cornelia de Lange Syndrome

S. Sreeremya

Abstract

Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) is a rare uncommon multiple congenital anomaly or mental retardation disorder of unknown cause. Incidence of this entity is variable, ranging from 1:20,000 to 1:40,000 in different population groups. It is slightly more common in females as compared to males (F:M: 1.3:1). This paper garners information regarding the features, symptoms and diagnosis procedure of CdLS.
