Grouping of Phylogeny, Pattern Profile Identification and Post- Translational Modifications in Cleavage Characterization of Cryptococcus neoformans var. grubii Serotype A Proteins

Jayaprakash Chinnappan

Abstract

Grouping, an important rung for protein post-translation modification, shows significant
roles in many cellular processes. In silico approach, individually proteins sequence
information and similarities with dissimilarities between the proteins in C. neoformans var.
grubii serotype A from the NCBI database. Relationships between the sequences were
compared by the protein identity, positives, length, identical sites, molecular weight, and
isoelectric point along with the multiple sequence alignment. Also, the amino acid
compositions of all the sequences have been investigated. Cleavage site identifications
(sulfinator), perfect identification of pattern profile in serotype A proteins of C. neoformans.
