Binning in Metagenomics – A Review

Nimisha Joy

Abstract

Metagenomics research is a vast field which studies about the genetic system of the environmental samples. Binning is a bioinformatics tool. Binning tool helps to analyses the genomic analysis of the environmental samples. This paper deals with the bioinformatics tools helps to assist in the field of metagenomics especially the soil genomics and also promote the metagenomics research.
